Refund and Returns Policy

Return/refund policy.

We accept returns for up to seven days. 

After you have received your wig and you are unsatisfied, we allow up to seven days to return it back to our warehouse. 

Seven days starts from the delivery date shown on the courrier company’s tracking page.

After seven days have passed, unfortunately we do not accept returns. 

To be eligible for an exchange/return, you must notify us 24-48 hours after you receive your wig. Your wig must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should not have been washed, styled, colored or worn. It must be in the original packaging.

In the event that you are merely dissatisfied with the custom style of the wig which you ordered, how it suits you or any other characteristics which were clearly portrayed on our website before making a purchase, we will assist you with an exchange subject to buyer payment of return shipping cost back to our warehouse in Nigeria. 

We are not liable for shipping labels or return shipping costs. 

Return Process

1) First send us pictures and explain in details the reasons for the return.

Please note that the wig must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. 

Return label or return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.
